Privacy Policy
The company LP Lovely Planet GmbH is responsible for the processing of your personal data on our website. Our data can be found in the imprint. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. Your data will not be passed on to other recipients without your express consent.
1. Access data and server log files
We automatically collect and store information that your browser transmits to us.
These are:
browser type/version of use,
the operating system used,
Referrer URL (the previously visited page),
the host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
the time of the server request,
the amount of data transferred and
the message if the retrieval was successful.
The IP addresses of the users are deleted or made anonymous after the end of use. In the case of anonymization, the IP addresses are changed in such a way that the individual details of personal or factual circumstances can no longer be assigned to a specific or identifiable natural person, or only with a disproportionate amount of time, cost and effort. The data in the so-called log files are evaluated by us in an anonymous form in order to further improve the website and make it more user-friendly and to find and correct errors more quickly. They are also used to control the server capacities in order to be able to provide the corresponding data volume if required.
2. Contact form
If you contact us via info@fog-solution.com, the data you provide will be stored with us for 14 days for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
3. Newsletter
You have the option of subscribing to an email newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm your registration. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time by written notification, by unsubscribing on our website or by clicking on the unsubscribe link, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the point of revocation.
4. Registration/Webshop
The during registration entered data will be used for the purpose of using the web shop and for subsequent contract processing. The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. A data transmission to other recipients does not take place.
5. Data storage/Webshop
We would like to point out that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing, the web shop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner in the context of cookies, as well as the name, address and, if applicable, different delivery address of the buyer. The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data is not transmitted to third parties, with the exception of the transmission of credit card data to the processing bank/payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations.
After aborting the shopping process, the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfillment of the contract) of the DSGVO.
6. Usage of Cookies
In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on our website. These are small text files that are stored on your end device, which save certain settings and data for exchange with our system via your browser. Some of the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after closing your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your end device and enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit (persistent cookies). Cookies do not contain any personal data and can therefore not be assigned to any user. Based on the cookie technology, we only receive anonymous information, for example about from which websites you visited our website, which pages were viewed on our website, etc. Please note that certain cookies are already set as soon as you enter our website. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide individually whether to accept them or to exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general (detailed information on the setting options of your browser can be found below). If cookies are not accepted, however, the functionality of our website may be restricted.
7. Usage of Google Analytics
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (www.google.de). Google (Universal) Analytics uses methods that enable an analysis of your use of the website, such as so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer. The information generated about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. By activating IP anonymization on this website, the IP address is shortened before transmission within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
8. Usage of Facebook Social Plugins
Our website uses so-called social plugins from the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition "Social Plugin from Facebook" or "Facebook Social Plugin". You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins and their appearance here: developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins. When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Facebook to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Facebook receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have a Facebook profile or are not currently logged in to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged into Facebook, Facebook can immediately assign your visit to our website to your Facebook profile. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the "Like" button or making a comment, this information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information will also be published on your Facebook profile and displayed to your Facebook friends. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy can be found in Facebook's data protection information: www.facebook.com/policy.php
If you do not want Facebook to directly assign the data collected via our website to your Facebook profile, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the Facebook plugins from loading with add-ons for your browser, e.g. with the "Facebook Blocker" (http://webgraph.com/resources/facebookblocker/).
9. Right to information and of withdrawal
You have the right,
- to request that we provide you with details about our use of your personal data,
- to require us to provide you with access to your personal data and to provide you with a copy of the data shared with us,
- to require us to provide personal data that you have made available to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and - where this is technically feasible - to transmit this data to another person responsible without hindrance if the processing of your personal data is based on your consent or on a contract and it is done automatically,
- to require us to correct data that we have stored incorrectly,
- to require us to erase any personal data for which there is no legal basis,
- that we stop processing if the processing is based on consent (including any processing for direct marketing purposes) and you revoke your consent with effect for the future,
- Object to any processing (including profiling) based on legitimate interests that arise from your particular situation, unless our reasons for such processing outweigh any impact on your data protection rights,
- to require us to restrict the use of your personal data, e.g. during the handling of a complaint.
Your exercise of these rights is subject to certain exceptions to protect the public interest (e.g. the prevention or investigation of a crime), our interests (e.g. the preservation of legal privilege), or the rights and freedoms of others. If you exercise any of these rights, we will verify your eligibility and respond promptly, but no later than within one month. In complex cases or if numerous requests are received, this period can be extended by a further two months, of which you will be informed.
If you are dissatisfied with our use of your personal data or our response to the exercise of these rights, you have the right to complain to your data protection authority (Austrian Data Protection Authority, Wickenburggasse 8, 1080 Vienna, telephone: +43 1 521 52-25 69, email: dsb@dsb.gv.at, https://www.dsb.gv.at/).
